Every few days/weeks, I hyper fixate on a particular food or drink for a period of time then don’t want anything to do with it after that… and it’s always so random 😩

This week’s hyper fixation food: crispy air fried potato skins with bbq sauce. I parboil potatoes in their skin, cut in half then crush them before tossing in avocado oil & lotsss of salt. Air fry at 400F for 15 mins then obviously est the potatoes but mashhh up the skins 😭

If you’ve never done Antigua Mas, I 100% recommend. Easily one of my best carnival experiences! 🇦🇬❤️ The pace is real, almost every song has a dance routine but the food, people and vibes are impeccable!
