NEW WEEK. NEW POSSIBILITIES. One thing I am learning on this journey is that you don't always need a big breakthrough to make progress. Sometimes, you just need to keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep building. Keep applying. Keep figuring things out, even when the results aren't coming as quickly as you hoped. As I continue growing in AI automation, I am discovering that the real work goes beyond learning tools like Make, Zapier, Airtable, or GoHighLevel. Its about understanding problems, connecting systems, and creating solutions that make peoples work easier. And honestly? Every challenge is teaching me something I wouldn't have learned by simply watching tutorials. So, this week, I am choosing progress over pressure, consistency over comparison, and action over overthinking. I am not trying to have everything figured out. I am committed to getting better at what I do and becoming someone who can solve bigger problems. To everyone building something right now, whether its a career, a business, or a new skill, may this week bring you closer to the opportunities you've been working towards. Lets make this week count! What's one thing you're determined to accomplish this week?#AIautomation #Freelancing #CareerGrowth #MondayMotivation'

A small thing I built recently reminded me why I enjoy working with automation. Imagine a business owner receiving 30 enquiries in a day. Some come through a website form. Others arrive through WhatsApp. A few come from social media. Now imagine that every time an enquiry comes in, someone has to copy the details into a CRM, assign a lead status, notify the right person, and remember to follow up. That’s a lot of manual work before the actual selling even begins. Here’s an interesting part: you don’t necessarily need an expensive, complicated system to solve this. With tools like Make, Airtable, and a CRM, you can connect these steps so that an enquiry triggers the next action automatically.A new lead comes in → the details are recorded → the lead is categorized → the team gets notified → follow-up begins. And the business owner can focus on talking to potential customers instead of moving information from one place to another. This is one of my favourite things about automation: sometimes, the real value isn’t in doing something extraordinary. It’s in removing the little tasks that keep people busy every single day. If you could eliminate one repetitive task from your work today, what would it be?#WorkflowAutomation #AIAutomation #Makecom #Airtable #BusinessAutomation

Yesterday, I watched an automation fail for the most ridiculous reason. Not because the API was down. Not because Make broke. Not because the webhook failed. The customer had entered their email as: abcde @gmail.com There was a space. That tiny space was enough to make the system say: “I don’t know this person.” The record existed. The email existed. The customer existed. But the automation couldn’t find them. And that’s one of the things I’ve come to appreciate about automation: The problems are not always complicated. Sometimes, they’re hiding in the smallest details. A space. A capital letter. A missing phone prefix. A duplicate contact. A slightly different spelling. Humans look at these things and think, “Obviously, that’s the same person.” Systems don’t. They need you to tell them. That’s why the boring parts of automation , cleaning data, standardizing values, creating matching keys, checking conditions can be just as important as the fancy AI part. Sometimes the most impressive automation is the one that quietly handles all the tiny things nobody notices. And nobody ever has to know it was there. #AIAutomation #Automation #Makecom #CRM #WorkflowAutomation #Airtable #NoCode

Every freelancer knows the feeling. You open your email and see:“Great news! Your recent proposal has been viewed!”And just like that, your mood changes. You start thinking…They saw my proposal. They read it. Maybe they liked it. Maybe they’re about to message me. Then comes the prayer:“God, please let this one convert.” Because getting your proposal viewed is exciting, but we all know the real notification we’re waiting for:“The client has sent you a message.” After spending connects, researching the job, carefully writing that proposal and hitting submit, seeing that “viewed” email gives you just enough hope to start imagining the interview. Anyway, I’m not getting ahead of myself. We wait. Freelancers, tell me you know this feeling. #Freelancing #Upwork #FreelancerLife #RemoteWork #UpworkFreelancer

One of the biggest mistakes I made while learning tech was thinking I needed to know everything before I could start building. I used to see people talking about APIs, webhooks, databases, automations, AI agents, CRMs… and think: “There’s still so much I don’t know. ”Then I realized something: You don’t learn everything first and then build. You build, and the building teaches you what you need to learn next. A project will expose the gaps for you. You’ll discover you don’t fully understand a particular API. You’ll get an error you’ve never seen before. A webhook won’t send what you expected. Your data will come in the wrong format. A workflow will work perfectly in your head and completely fail in reality. And suddenly, you have a very specific problem to solve. That’s when learning becomes different. You’re no longer learning because “I should know this. ”You’re learning because the project needs you to know it. That shift changed how I approach technology. I stopped trying to collect tools. I started trying to solve problems. And honestly, I think that applies far beyond tech. You don't need to know everything before you begin. Sometimes, beginning is how you discover what you need to know. What’s something you learned only because a real project forced you to figure it out?#LearningInPublic #TechCareer #GrowthMindset #Automation #CareerGrowth #BuildInPublic

There is a version of you that nobody on LinkedIn knows. The one who almost gave up. The one who has cried over things nobody knows about. The one who has questioned whether the effort is actually worth it. The one who has watched other people move ahead and quietly wondered:“ When will it be my turn? ”But there is another version of you that nobody sees either. The one who gets back up. The one who keeps learning. The one who keeps applying. The one who keeps building. The one who keeps showing up even when the results don't match the effort yet. And I think that version deserves more credit. Because we celebrate the breakthrough, but rarely talk about the thousands of ordinary days that made the breakthrough possible. Nobody applauds you for opening your laptop when you don't feel like it. Nobody sees the hours you spend learning something you don't understand yet. Nobody knows how many times you've had to encourage yourself. But those moments count. Every small decision to continue is building something. Character. Discipline. Experience. Confidence. Resilience. So don't despise the season where you are still becoming. You may feel like nothing extraordinary is happening. But perhaps something extraordinary is happening inside you. One day, the person you are becoming will look back at the person you are today and say: “Thank you for not giving up on me. ”Keep going. Not because everything is easy. Not because you know exactly how it will end. But because you haven't seen the full story yet. And your story is far from finished. #Growth #PersonalDevelopment #CareerGrowth #Mindset #Resilience #KeepGoing

Sometimes, the problem your client gives you is NOT the problem they actually have. A client says: “I need a CRM. ”So you build a CRM. Then you discover they are losing leads because nobody follows up. Another client says: “I need an AI chatbot. ”But after asking a few questions, you realize their real problem is that customers keep asking the same questions because their website has poor information. Another says: “I need automation. ”But what they really need is a better process before anything gets automated. This is why I’ve learned not to rush into building. Before touching Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, APIs or AI, I want to understand:→ What happens right now?→ Where does the process break?→ What is being done manually?→ What gets forgotten?→ What costs the business time or money?→ What should happen automatically? Because automating a bad process doesn’t fix it. It simply makes the bad process happen faster. The real skill isn’t always knowing which tool to use. Sometimes, it’s knowing what not to build. That’s a lesson I’m carrying into every project I work on. What’s one business problem you’ve seen where the obvious solution wasn’t actually the right solution?#AI #Automation #BusinessAutomation #ProblemSolving #Technology #DigitalTransformation

One thing I’ve learned from building automation systems: the real work happens behind the scenes. I’m currently building an AI Client Operation Hub designed to bring different parts of a client’s operations into one connected system. The idea is simple: A client submits a form → the information is captured → the system checks and processes the data → records are created or updated → and the right actions happen automatically. Sounds straightforward, right? Until you actually start building it. Today, I ran into an Airtable formula error while testing the workflow. And this is exactly why I enjoy building systems. Because automation isn’t just: “Connect A to B. ”It’s understanding what happens when the data is incomplete, duplicated, formatted differently, or when one tiny formula decides not to cooperate. The goal is not just to make a workflow run once. It’s to build something reliable, structured, and scalable. So yes, the screenshot shows an error. But behind that error is another piece of the system I now understand better. Build → test → break → debug → improve → repeat. That’s the part of automation people don’t always see. And honestly? That’s where a lot of the real learning happens. Still building. #AIAutomation #WorkflowAutomation #Make #Airtable #Automation #BuildingInPublic #NoCode #AIOperations

You don’t need a perfect plan for this week. You just need the courage to keep moving. Some Mondays come with excitement. Others come with unanswered prayers, unfinished goals, bills, responsibilities, doubts, and that little voice asking, “When will my own time come?” If that’s where you are today, breathe. You are not behind. You are not failing. And you certainly don’t have to have everything figured out before you take the next step. Sometimes, progress looks like a big breakthrough. Other times, it looks like showing up when nobody is clapping. Sending that proposal. Learning that skill. Making that difficult decision. Starting again. Choosing discipline when motivation disappears. Trusting God when you cannot see how everything will work out. Your life can change quietly before it changes visibly. So this Monday, don’t put pressure on yourself to conquer the entire year. Just handle today. Do the work in front of you. Take the step you’ve been postponing. And leave room for God to do what only He can do. One day, you’ll look back and realize that the season you thought was taking too long was actually preparing you for something much bigger. Keep going. Your story is still being written. Happy New Week. #MondayMotivation #NewWeek #KeepGoing #GrowthMindset #Faith #Consistency

A new week, a fresh opportunity. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. You don't need to know exactly how everything will work out. Just start the week with the decision to show up and do your best. Maybe last week didn't go the way you planned. Maybe you didn't accomplish everything on your list. Maybe you're still waiting for that opportunity you've been praying and working for. That's okay. A new week means you get to try again. Set your goals. Do the work. Learn something new. Take care of yourself. Be present with the people who matter. And give yourself permission to grow at your own pace. You may not see the results immediately, but every small effort is building something. So, whatever this week brings, meet it with courage, gratitude and intention. May this be the week something you've been working towards finally starts to make sense. Happy new week, everyone. Let's make it count. #NewWeek #MondayMotivation #PersonalGrowth #CareerGrowth #WomenInCareer #NewBeginnings #LinkedInCommunity

“Can you really reach the highest level in your career and still have a home that is functioning well?” Someone asked me this recently, and honestly, I don’t think the answer is as simple as work-life balance. Because balance makes it sound like every day will be 50/50. It won’t. There will be seasons when your career needs more from you. There will also be seasons when your family needs more from you. For me, the goal isn’t to give everything equal attention every single day. It’s to make sure that while I’m building my career, I’m not completely absent from the people I’m building my life with. And I’ve also learned that doing this well doesn’t mean doing everything myself. You need support. You need systems. You need boundaries. You need to be intentional about what deserves your attention and what doesn’t. Ambition and motherhood don’t have to be enemies. But I also don’t believe women should have to prove their ambition by neglecting their homes. And I don’t believe being a good mother means abandoning your own dreams either. Maybe the real question isn’t: “Can I have both?” Maybe it’s: “What does having both look like for me in this season of my life?” That question feels much more realistic. #Motherhood #CareerWomen #WorkingMothers #WomenInCareer #WorkLife #PersonalGrowth

You know that moment when you send what you think is a WICKED proposal… You read the job post 3 times. You personalize everything. You nail the opening line. You explain exactly how you’ll solve the client’s problem. You click Submit Proposal feeling like: “Yeah… this one is definitely getting viewed.” Then you check Upwork later… The client invited someone else. Or worse… You see that they hired someone, and you’re sitting there wondering: “What did I do wrong?” These are some of the frustrating moments nobody really prepares you for when you're new to freelancing. And sometimes, honestly? You didn't do anything wrong. There could be 30+ strong proposals. The client may already know someone. They may have found a freelancer through an invite. Your proposal may simply have arrived too late. That's one thing I'm slowly learning about Upwork: You can do everything right and still not get the job. The goal is not to let one ignored proposal convince you that you're not good enough. Send the next one. Improve the next one. Learn from the last one. And keep showing up. Because freelancing is not just about having the skill. It's also learning how to survive the uncertainty that comes with finding clients. For those of you freelancing on Upwork, what has been your most frustrating experience so far? #Upwork #Freelancing #FreelancerLife #RemoteWork #NewFreelancer #FreelanceJourney #UpworkFreelancer

A new week doesn’t require a new version of you. Sometimes, you just need to keep going with the version of you that refused to quit last week. Maybe last week didn’t go as planned. Maybe you applied and heard nothing back. Maybe you started something and didn’t finish it. Maybe you questioned whether you were actually making progress. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. Progress is not always loud. Sometimes progress looks like: → Learning one more skill. → Sending one more proposal. → Building one more project. → Showing up even when motivation is low. → Trying again after being rejected. So this week, don’t put pressure on yourself to have everything figured out. Just show up, do the work, learn, improve, and keep moving. Your current situation is not the final version of your story. Keep building. Your future self is counting on you. Happy new week! #NewWeek #MondayMotivation #KeepGoing #GrowthMindset #CareerGrowth #LinkedInCommunity #Consistency

The client didn’t care that I was still learning. A few months ago, I was working on something I had never built before. I remember staring at the screen thinking: “What if I mess this up?” I could have spent days trying to feel “ready.” Instead, I started. I broke the problem into smaller pieces. One workflow. One trigger. One API connection. One error at a time. And, of course, things broke. An automation didn’t fire. A field wasn’t mapping correctly. A webhook returned an error I had never seen before. At some point, I realized something: Being good at tech isn't about knowing everything. It’s about being able to sit with a problem long enough to figure it out. That changed how I approach learning. Now when I see something I don’t know, my first thought isn't: “I don't know how to do this.” It’s: “I don't know how to do this yet. Let me figure it out.” That little word "yet" has made a huge difference. Because every skill I have today was once something I didn't know how to do. So if you're learning something new and feeling behind: Don't wait until you feel ready. Start messy. Ask questions. Break things. Fix them. Repeat. One day, you'll look at the thing that once scared you and wonder why it ever seemed difficult. Keep going. Your future self is counting on it. #LearningInPublic #TechJourney #Automation #CareerGrowth #LinkedInCommunity

One thing I've realized while learning GoHighLevel is that it feels surprisingly familiar. I come from a frontend background, so I've always enjoyed building things people can actually see and interact with. Landing pages, forms, user journeys, buttons that do something meaningful, and experiences that feel intuitive. GoHighLevel takes that a step further. You're not just designing pages. You're designing what happens after someone clicks. A visitor fills out a form. An AI assistant answers their questions. A workflow qualifies the lead. An appointment gets booked. A confirmation is sent. The sales pipeline updates automatically. The business owner wakes up to a lead that's already been nurtured. That shift changed how I think about software. A beautiful interface is important, but an automated customer journey creates even more value. The more I build in GoHighLevel, the more I enjoy connecting the pieces , AI, CRM, workflows, calendars, funnels, webhooks, APIs, and integrations until the entire system works together without anyone having to think about it. For me, that's the fun part. Building software is satisfying. Building systems that continue working after you've gone offline is even better. What part of GoHighLevel or automation in general made it "click" for you? #GoHighLevel #CRM #MarketingAutomation #AIAutomation #BusinessAutomation #NoCode #Automation #CustomerExperience #WorkflowAutomation #Tech

SOME SEASONS ARE FOR BUILDING. SOME ARE FOR BEING SEEN. For a long time, I thought I needed to become “good enough” before putting myself out there. So I kept learning. Another tool. Another course. Another project. Another tutorial. And somehow, there was always one more thing I thought I needed to know. Then I realized: You can’t build a career in private forever. At some point, you have to let people see what you’re working on. Not because you know everything. But because the work you’re doing might be exactly what someone else needs. So lately, I'm choosing to: → Share what I'm building → Talk about what I'm learning → Show the problems I'm solving → Document the mistakes too → Connect with people doing interesting things → And actually put myself out there Because opportunities don't always come from being the best person in the room. Sometimes they come from being visible to the right person. If you're also in a season where you're learning, building, changing careers, freelancing, or trying to figure things out. Don't hide until you feel ready. Let people see you becoming. Your next opportunity might be watching. #LinkedInTips #CareerGrowth #BuildInPublic #LearningInPublic #TechCareer #Freelancing #PersonalBranding #ProfessionalGrowth #Networking #AITech

I stopped calling myself a "GoHighLevel expert" a while back. Not because I got less confident. Because the title was hiding the actual value. Clients don't want someone who knows GoHighLevel. Software knowledge is a means, not an outcome. What they actually want is: stop losing leads, respond faster than competitors, and free up time currently spent on manual follow-up. GoHighLevel is just the tool I happen to use to get there. Tomorrow it might be something else. The tool changes. The problem I solve doesn't. This sounds like a small distinction, but it changes everything about how you position yourself, price your work, and talk to clients. "I build GHL workflows" invites price comparison against every other person who knows the software. "I stop your leads from going cold" invites a completely different conversation , one about outcomes, not tools. If you're in any technical or automation-adjacent field: you're probably underselling yourself the same way. Say what changes for the client, not what software you touched to get there. #Automation #GoHighLevel #Freelancing #Positioning #SmallBusiness #CRM #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth

HERE’S A BUSINESS PROBLEM MOST PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE THEY HAVE: They’re paying people to do work that their systems should be doing. Not because their employees are inefficient. Because the process was never designed properly. Think about a simple lead: Someone fills out a form. Then someone manually: → Copies the information into a CRM → Assigns the lead → Adds a tag → Sends a welcome email → Sends an SMS → Moves the opportunity → Remembers to follow up → Checks whether the lead replied → Books the appointment → Sends a reminder Now multiply that by 50 leads. Or 500. That's not a people problem. That's a systems problem. And this is where automation becomes interesting. The goal isn't to automate everything. It's to identify the repetitive steps that don't require human judgment and let the system handle them. Then let your people focus on the things that actually require: judgment + creativity + relationships + decision-making. I've been building and experimenting with AI automation, CRM workflows, lead nurturing, appointment systems and AI agents, and one thing keeps becoming clearer: The best automation is often invisible. Customers don't care how many workflows you built. They care that: Their message gets answered. Their appointment gets confirmed. Their question gets resolved. Their information doesn't get lost. Their follow-up actually happens. That's the real value of automation. Not more technology. Less friction. And if a business has a process that makes someone say: “We do this manually every single day…” That's usually where I start looking for an automation opportunity. #AIAutomation #Automation #AIAgents #BusinessAutomation #CRM #WorkflowAutomation #GoHighLevel #MakeAutomation #SalesAutomation #MarketingAutomation #Entrepreneurship #DigitalTransformation

THE FREELANCING REALITY FREELANCING WILL HUMBLE YOU BEFORE IT REWARDS YOU. Nobody tells you this part. You can spend two hours writing what you think is the perfect proposal... No view. You apply for a job you're completely capable of doing... No response. You improve your profile. Change your headline. Rewrite your proposal. Apply again. Silence. And then someone with less experience lands the job you wanted. It can mess with your confidence. I've felt that frustration. But I'm learning something: Freelancing isn't just about being good at what you do. It's also about learning how to: → Position yourself → Communicate value → Find the right clients → Solve problems instead of selling skills → Build proof of your ability → Handle rejection without quitting → Keep improving when nobody is clapping And honestly, that's one reason I've been documenting my automation journey. I'm not interested in just saying: “I know Make.” or “I'm a GoHighLevel specialist.” I want someone to look at my work and understand: “This person knows how to look at a messy business process and turn it into a system.” That's the reputation I'm building. I've built CRM systems. I've worked with workflows. I've connected platforms. I've explored AI agents. I've built appointment and follow-up systems. And I'm still learning. But I'm also realizing that you don't need to wait until you feel like an expert before you put yourself out there. Build. Share. Get feedback. Improve. Build again. Somebody out there needs the exact skill you're currently afraid isn't “good enough.” So this is me putting myself out there. I'm building in public. I'm learning in public. And I'm looking for businesses with real problems I can solve. If you're building too, keep going. The internet may ignore your first 20 posts. Post 21 might change everything. #Freelancing #Freelancer #AI #AIAutomation #Automation #TechJourney #BuildInPublic #LearningInPublic #GoHighLevel #MakeAutomation #DigitalSkills #Entrepreneurship #RemoteWork #LinkedInGrowth #CareerGrowth

THE AUTOMATION REALITY CHECK YOUR BUSINESS PROBABLY DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. IT MIGHT NEED A BETTER SYSTEM. Before you disagree, hear me out. Imagine a lead comes in at 10:47 PM. Nobody is online. The lead waits until morning. By then, they’ve already contacted three competitors. That isn't always a “sales problem.” Sometimes, it’s a systems problem. This is why I'm so interested in AI automation. I’m building systems where: - Leads can be captured instantly - AI can answer questions 24/7 - Prospects can be qualified automatically - CRM records can update themselves - Appointments can be scheduled - Reminders can go out automatically - Follow-ups can happen without someone remembering - And humans can step in when human judgment is actually needed But here's the part people get wrong: Automation isn't about replacing people. It's about replacing unnecessary repetition. If your team spends hours copying information between platforms... Automate it. If someone manually sends the same 50 follow-up messages every week... Automate it. If leads are sitting in your CRM because nobody followed up... Fix the system. If your staff spends their day doing work a machine can reliably handle... That's where automation becomes valuable. I've been spending more time building with tools like GoHighLevel, Make, Airtable, Zapier and AI agents, and the biggest lesson I'm learning is this: The best automation isn't the most complicated one. It's the one that quietly saves the business time, prevents things from falling through the cracks, and makes the customer experience better. That's the kind of automation I want to build more of. So I'm putting myself out there: If your business has a repetitive process that makes you say, “There has to be a better way…” There probably is. Let's find it. hashtag#AIAutomation hashtag#AIAgents hashtag#BusinessAutomation hashtag#Automation hashtag#GoHighLevel hashtag#Make hashtag#CRM hashtag#WorkflowAutomation hashtag#SalesAutomation hashtag#MarketingAutomation hashtag#SmallBusiness hashtag#Entrepreneurship hashtag#DigitalTransformation
