I wrote about Digger, Iñárritu’s human experiment. @warnerbros bet its investment on Digger, and Iñárritu bet his creativity on its audience. The whole world answered by staying home, in one of the most revealing human experiments of recent times, more at: omar.equ.care/notes/digger-i…

Digger by Iñárritu is a great, unconventional film with an important message for anyone who cares about human civilization. Its flaws aren’t monumental. I think some zero-star reviews say more about rigid expectations of what a “great movie” should be than about the film itself.

It turns out DIGGER is a work of pure cinematic genius. Strongly recommend, 4+ stars. Don’t read anything about it or pay attention to anything anyone says, just go.
So @bcherny offers a job at @AnthropicAI for @thsottiaux in response he resets limits for @OpenAI subscribers, hats off to this guy! Keep up that attitude, will take you places.
Please stop submitting AI slop code pull requests to RPCS3. We will start banning those who do without disclosing.
There are plenty of resources online to learn how to debug and code instead of generating slop that you don't understand and that doesn't work.
this is how @antigravity look like today when working with gemini 3.1 pro. Not sure if the agent will ever finish to marge some basic work to main. This while folks at the @OpenAIDevs codex team are cooking. Is it really hard to understand user experience and make this useful?
hey @thsottiaux, have you investigated the issue on codex where the agent does some work, then the codespace is different to git main due to those changes, but the agent refuses to continue coding due to a "dirty workspace"? this is a consistent, weird behavior i am getting.
I love the term "AI slop" it summarizes our criticism, resentment and current understanding of present AI. At this rate of advancement, we will soon be leaving this adjective. My worry is concentration of AI capabilities.
We need much more competition before we regret it.

I see a defining choice before us in this new era of generative AI:
We can either:
1) Use AI as a partner — a tool that sharpens our expertise, helps us see further, and enables us to become the best versions of ourselves.
or
2) Surrender to AI as a substitute — allowing it to think, decide, and act for us, while we disengage from understanding and growth.
The majority are drifting toward the second path. Only a few commit to the first. I have made my choice.
