Achieving any meaningful excellence without obsession is not possible. Your competition is already well established. You aren’t capitalised to their extent. You can only out work them by putting in more hours, smartly. But grunt work isn’t going anywhere as it ensures pace. Pace on bad days comes from obsession for the mission.
