Had the most useless conversation with a Vijay at @VFSGlobal . My daughter applied for a long stay visa and needs travel to India for a bereavement. They told her verbally last week that the would return the passport in 7 working days but not holding up to their promise
Now claming that the only way to get it back is to cancel the application. So many nightmare stories about @VFSGlobal . @NorwayinUK why do you use VFS ? Their helpline is useless

Not a nice experience trying to checkin with #indigo today for flight from Kochi to Hyderabad. Normally a very good experience but with 4 of us travelling they were haggling about 800gms over the 15kg per passenger. transferred it to our hand luggage and they were okay.
Many thanks to #indigo for organising with Air India to send the suitcase direct to Heathrow. Also many thanks to Navneet Singh and Shivaram Madasi for sorting this out from the indigo side
