Ukraine just became the #1 market for one of the world’s oldest tier-1 exchanges. In 90 days. From zero.
Kraken entered in April with no local team, no community, and only a handful of occasional creators. Three months later, Ukraine ranked #1 by revenue across all markets in Kraken’s global KOL program, ahead of the US.
The scoreboard:
→ 0 → ~100 creators, the largest cohort in the global program
→ 20×+ growth in monthly new traders
→ 51% of sign-ups became active traders — 1.4× the US benchmark
→ ~2× payback, with the market profitable before day 90.
Market entries like this are supposed to burn money for a year. We skipped that part. And none of it happens without @paskal_navi, Head of EM Growth at Kraken. He saw Ukraine as a top-tier opportunity while the industry still filed it under “risk.” Then he backed that conviction with the rarest currency in a large organization: speed.
Decisions in hours. Air cover when the playbook needed breaking. Trust when the market demanded executiion instead of another deck. The easiest hard project we’ve ever run because of who was on the other side of it.
Three months of “thesis validation” meant one thing: live market entry.
A tier-1 global exchange. Ukraine. No local team, no community, and almost no creator presence.
90 days later, Ukraine was its #1 market worldwide.
Tomorrow: names, numbers, the full playbook.

Yes, we're quote-tweeting our own product. Shamelessly. DiScore was born inside Solus DnA, our community building & engagement arm. And @SolanaFndn put money behind it: a grant via @SuperteamUKR. Here's the honest version of how this happened.
We've spent years growing other people's Web3 communities, and one pattern got too loud to ignore: the projects that win are the ones where real contribution is visible. Nobody had built the tool that makes it visible. So we did. And because grant posts always skip this part, we won't.
The people who actually moved this forward: @SirHi_Talk for building an ecosystem where Ukrainian founders get funded, not just inspired
@uaelifan for backing this when it was still a deck and a demo
@GnatyukA for the feedback that made our application actually readable
@web3rrina for opening doors we didn't know existed @rijinyun for early product input that shaped MVP v2 @marta_bytes for making the process feel like a partnership, not paperwork
@superteam @SuperteamUKR this is what a grant program should feel like. Milestone one, logged in public
One more thing. This product was built by a Ukrainian team and funded through Ukraine's Solana ecosystem. The country everyone files under "risk" keeps doing two things at once: adopting crypto faster than anywhere on earth, and shipping products the global ecosystem pays for.
The Solana reputation layer is next. You'll want to have been following since now.
Stop scrolling. This one's worth your 15 seconds.
@SolanaFndn just backed DiScore with a $5,000 USDC grant through @SuperteamUKR.
Why it matters: this entire industry runs on reputation, and until now, nobody could verify it.
Everyone claims they contribute. Almost no one can prove it.
DiScore turns raw Discord activity into provable contribution. Who builds, who carries, who shows up. On-chain, verifiable, no vibes.
You're reading this post right now. Soon, your community will be reading its own score.
That's the plan, and it just got funded.
B for sure.
We have plenty of analytics for quantity, but almost nothing for contribution quality.
Quick question for Discord server owners & founders 👇
What’s the #1 thing that frustrates you the most about your community right now?
A) Too many lurkers, not enough real OGs
B) Hard to know who actually contributes
C) Bots & farmers ruining engagement
D) Something else (reply)
Drop your answer below. Curious to hear what you’re dealing with 🔥

The #1 reason ambassador programs don't work
It has nothing to do with budget, team size, or project quality
It's something almost every team misses when they build the program.

Founders often talk about community strength.
But when asked to prove it, they fall back to:
- message count
- user count
None of which show real contribution.
That’s what DiScore is fixing.

Research: "The Compliance-Infrastructure Stack: How Web3 Neobanks Build Regulatory Moats and Infrastructure Dependencies"
We mapped 19 Web3 neobanks across 6 infrastructure layers and 7 regulatory jurisdictions.
Key findings:
◈ 9 of 19 hold zero independent financial licenses - their regulatory standing depends entirely on upstream partners.
◈ 57% of card-issuing platforms depend on one of three EMI issuers.
◈ Infrastructure ownership separates defensible platforms from reseller: @Fiat24Official owns 5/6 layers. @DeblockApp_FR owns 4. @gnosispay and @holyheld own 3 each. Rain and Reap (operating as B2B infrastructure) also own 3.
◈ MiCA is the near-term pressure point: 14 of 19 platforms serve or plan to serve EEA customers, but only 2 (Deblock and @wirexapp) hold MiCA-relevant authorization as of February 2026. The remaining 12 must obtain CASP, partner with a licensed entity, or exit the EEA market by July 1, 2026.
