I got three hours of sleep to be the first person to ride in a Tesla Cybercab this morning. It drove me to a beautiful place to see the sunrise.
I will be posting videos all day long so just let me know what you want to see.

I once taught an image processing course at Tesla. Now I am sharing it with you here—the journey of photon-to-numeric, narrated by Grok @bot.

$ABCL ABCL635 Phase 2 efficacy data are markedly improved compared to approved small molecule NK3R antagonists at week 4:

$ABCL 🚨 AbCellera announces positive top line ph2 results for ABCL635, a GPCR targeting antibody:
- Phase 2 results showed best-in-class reductions in both frequency and severity of moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms after a single dose
- ABCL635 significantly improved sleep and patient global impression of change
- ABCL635 demonstrated a favorable tolerability profile
“ABCL635 reduced VMSM-S frequency compared to placebo, with an 8.8 mean reduction in the number of moderate
and severe events per day from baseline at week 4 (Day 29) compared to 3.5, showing a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 5.3 (p<0.001). The mean percent reduction at week 4 for VMSM-S frequency was 83% for the ABCL635 treatment group versus a 33% reduction for placebo, leading to a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 50%.”
“ABCL635 also resulted in improvement in VMSM-S severity compared to placebo, with a mean reduction of 1.4 points at week 4 compared to 0.3, and a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 1.1 (p<0.001). The mean percent reduction in VMSM-S severity from baseline to week 4 was 58% in the ABCL635 group compared to 12% in the placebo group, leading to a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 46%.”
“Meaningful improvements were also observed in patient sleep scores and patient global impression of change.”
"These positive results represent a significant milestone for women's health and for AbCellera" said Sarah Noonberg, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Medical Officer of AbCellera. "By successfully targeting the NK3 receptor with an antibody, we have demonstrated potential best-in-class vasomotor symptom relief over four weeks with a single subcutaneous dose. These data indicate that ABCL635 could offer menopausal women a well-tolerated, long-acting treatment that has the potential to markedly improve their quality of life."
Congratulations to AbCellera and all shareholders!!!!

$ABCL This thought keeps crossing my mind:
ABCL635 targets the NK3R GPCR to treat hot flashes in women. As it stands, the only available non-hormonal treatments are small molecules.
Targeting GPCRs with antibodies is very difficult. AbCellera is showing they can do it.
Then look at the data. When comparing Fezolinetant and Elinzanetant through 4 weeks, ABCL635 blows them out of the water and is positioned to become the best in class therapy. Excited to see the 12 week data. The TAM is estimated to be $6B in the U.S.
I look at this like low handing fruit. Large TAM. Validated target by small molecules but no existing antibody therapies on the market because targeting GPCRs with antibodies is hard. AbCellera comes in with a superior product and commands market share (in theory). I think this approach is very smart.
I wonder how many other opportunities out there are set up like this.

$50?
Wait for $150
The answer is simple: FSD is not ready! The parking (especially the parking spot selection) sucks. The navigation sucks. It still can not park into garage. It can’t do the drive through at restaurants. And so on.
Too many movements of your hands and head. Can you contain them a bit!
Many $TSLA investors are upset that the "cool news" on July 7 was apparently the 2025 Impact Report (I refuse to believe that). But there were some cool news in that report regarding the Cybercab that did kind of align with what Lars was mentioning.
Things like the RIM process and other very interesting updates!
