Liberals want everyone to forget Trudeau's time in office and are trying to give the impression that Carney is suddenly running a very competent govt after taking over from a conservative government. NEVER let them forget how dumb they are for electing that clown 3x. #cdnpoli

If Yukon wanted to separate from Canada, nobody would even care. All the laurentian snobs and airheads living in Ontario are so concerned about Alberta trying to to be more independent because it’s their cash cow and 1 of the reasons the country has a high standard of living

Imagine having Antony albanese as your country’s leader lol. Joe Biden without the senility is what he is.

All these dumb Canadians getting an erection over Canada attempting to become an “associate member” of the EU when in reality it’s just an attempt to (partially) replace Russia as a supplier of energy and minerals and other raw materials and nothing else is absolutely hilarious.

American conservative commentators who mock “soccer” have to be the dumbest and ignorant people. The sport that celebrates achievement, grit, hard work, players who proudly post photos of their families and openly celebrate God - all things they supposedly like is somehow a joke

The US- Iran war has clearly helped Canada bring in higher oil revenues which has been used partly in bringing its deficit down a notch. Once again, Canada benefits immensely from what the US does yet liberals want to create animosity among Canadians and Americans

Since mark carney thinks middle powers can work together without the US, he should (or ask his wife to) restart his failed pet project - GFANZ and ask all the non US banks to finance and drive its goals. Put your money where your mouth is, Mark!

If Pierre Poilievre retained his policy positions but adopted Erin O’Toole + Doug ford’s public image, he’d be much more appealing to the average Canadian. However he only likes to impress the viewers at Juno news, Western standard and rebel news.

Jamil jivani is accused of embracing the “manosphere” because he talks about men’s issues related to DEI and other things. I guess his counterpart Karina Gould who clapped for a Nazi and is so invested in “feminism” and only cares about women getting elected to office is nbd.

Pierre Poilievre seems to have contempt for people who work in high skilled and high paying service sector jobs. Someone should remind him that many Canadian dream big and want to hold corporate jobs. Mocking them and only talking about blue collar workers is not a flex

The main difference between the response that ChatGPT provides vs Grok is that ChatGPT seems more personable , friendly and precise. Grok's responses seem unnecessarily lengthy at times, the tone is a bit stiff and formal and generally don't include follow-ups.

Hard to know what you mean by “fueling hatred” but he is an evangelical Christian. And his views on social issues like gay marriage, abortion etc - views that are incompatible with my own, FTR - are not out of step with most Christian fundamentalists or with devout Muslims for that matter. Should we deny Muslim preachers the right to public spaces as well?

How do atheists/"agnostic" liberals in Canada feel when they have to recite the line "God keep our land glorious and free"? 😆

Pierre Poilievre should resign and the @CPC_HQ should initiate a formal leadership race. Pierre is still seen as arrogant and unfriendly to many seniors, women, minorities. Without them you can't win a federal election. Time to nominate someone with pedigree and appeal!

Mark Carney did a podcast with Scott Galloway and 2 rallies in Ontario right after the debates. Pierre Poilievre is making speeches in empty rooms and broadcasting it. Sorry, @PierrePoilievre if you really want to win, you need to work harder. This is lazy campaigning.

Even the well known Stephanie Flanders (formerly at BBC) was not impressed with Mark Carney getting credit for handling the 2008 financial crisis way back in 2013. bbc.com/news/business-230862…

Pierre Poilievre became popular and his party led the polls when he was an attack dog against the one man Canadians started to dislike and blame for the country's failings - Trudeau. Pierre is not being same attack dog against Trump who is now enemy #1 for Cdns. He sounds weak.

Just a reminder to all the liberals yapping about Carney being the captain of Canada during the 2008 financial crisis - Canada literally had an economist as PM during that time and all the buck ultimately stopped with him and his govt. So stop pretending like Carney was superman!

The economic prospects of young Canadians are bleak. They are not going to be owning a home and having money for an annual vacation like their parents did. Real estate correction won’t happen because people who benefit from it won’t let it. Hence, salaries should go up a lot 1/n

3/n. High taxes, poor business sentiment etc won’t drive job creation. This is why the public sector jobs in Canada has ballooned like crazy while private sector jobs are stagnant. If Canada doesn’t want to become the 51st state and give its young people economic hope, it should

1. Cut all the welfare programs drastically, cut taxes, boost private investment sentiment, extract the hell out of its resources, stop the corruption, kick out the GG etc OR simply let the most powerful economy in the world do it for you. The choice is Canada’s. Choose wisely.
