Weekend project: embed GPT4 in a browser extension and let it perform tasks for you. It works remarkably well. GPT4 understands how to use tools, correct its own mistakes, and more. github.com/cantino/browser-f…

One reason I know there's a loss of depth is that I can compare what I can say when I'm writing vs what I can say when I'm on a panel or being interviewed for a video. You've probably had this experience too. You really have to simplify things.

I remember working at Twitter in 2010 as we were so proud that we were useful as a tool of organizing the "Arab Spring" revolutions. How naive we were.

Had been wanting to play more with Rust and QUIC for a while so I spent part of the weekend building a prototype of a multiparty video SFU (S stands for Simple here :)) using Rust/Quinn and QuicTransport in Chrome. Maybe next weekend with WASM/AV1.
