I wrote about #inclusivity in #marketing for Medium. If you’re wondering if you’re doing enough to cater to #LGBT-indentified people & communities, you’re not. And if you eschew including those communities in your #MarketingStrategy, you’re not long for this (business) world 🏳️🌈 – at Houston, TX
"Inclusive #marketing isn't #progressive - it's competitive" - @searchlocalHTX link.medium.com/BtpNTa4jyU There's money to be made marketing to #LGBT communities, and if you won't, someone else assuredly will. #GoodMarketing
ALT “I have met plenty of bigots and idiots who have told me something equivalent to, ‘Well, I don’t want their business anyway.’ 20 years ago, that might have flown. But now? Pfft. Yes. Yes, you do. I promise.” from “Inclusive marketing isn’t progressive — it’s competitive” by Kevin M. Cook.
Evidently people find this scathing review of an abjectly terrible tow site in SW #Houston to be helpful 😂 Clever of #Google to send me updates about the engagement, keeping me invested in #localguides in the interminably lengthy time between Lvls 8 & 9 🤓
I’m prouder of this Instagram comment than I am of articles I’ve written that have won actual awards. – at Houston, TX

We’re happy to hire any talented, ethical, curious people of any sort from any walk or life or background... but as of this moment, every one of us is a Coog. #HappyBdayUH!! We’ve all benefited tremendously from the education & opportunities we received at UH. #ForTheCity ❤️🙏 – at Houston, TX

“Any teenager could have done what we did for no money. And much faster.” youtu.be/CK62I-4cuSY @TheOnion’s #TedTalk parody adeptly skewers a lot of the language & thought originating from the #digitalmarketingagency & #socialmediamarketing world. A must-watch reality check 😂 – at Houston, TX
Just heard about the @TheOnion's #LakeDredgeAppraisal videos from the #jjgo podcast (shoutout @Jordan_Morris & @JesseThorn) and... they are remarkable. And hilarious. Definitely worth a watch, probably worth many watches: youtube.com/playlist?list=PL…

😭 Jameela Jamil (tied for my absolute favorite part of @nbcthegoodplace with every other amazing person working on that show) is one of the most beautiful, inspiring tweeters (twitterers?) going. This is not the first time a tweet of hers has brought tears to mine eyes 👀💦 – at Houston, TX

I was so desperate to be on a #podcast again since @WeeklyBrewCast ended (RIP) I called into the very excellent @ThirtyPop and threw my family under the bus with embarassihg stories - give it a listen! itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/… – at Houston, TX
.@lukebrawner’s @ThirtyPop keeps getting better - #Madonna, #RescueRangers, #LeanOnMe and more. Nostalgia is dangerous which makes this #podcast the most dangerous (‘I am dangerous’ - Top Gun). Give it a listen! itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/… – at Houston, TX
I am only 56 pages in, but I can definitively say that #Vacationland (by humorist @hodgman) is a joy, and a delight. I could not recommend it more strongly, and I love it unreservedly. Read it! penguinrandomhouse.com/books… – at Houston, TX
.@TheAmyNicholson: friend to #redheads. Noted 🤓 Good on you, Nicholson. Also, @unspooled is one of - if not the - best out of the thousands of film/TV #podcasts. Well worth checking out! itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/… – at Houston, TX

What’s that, #Instagram? Our posts featuring #cats are outperforming our other ones? Mind = blown. Never saw that coming 😂

Sweet! The ‘Follow’ function on #GoogleMaps just showed up for us on #iOS. Previously, we had only been able to do so on #Android. That’s potentially good news! Check out our Medium pub for more info bit.ly/Follow-on-Google 🤓 – at Houston, TX

Just finished an office listening to @milieumedia #podcast @ThirtyPop’s first episode, w/ an in-depth discussion of #BillAndTed - loved it! Give it a listen, especially if - like us - you’re plagued by nostalgia: itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/… – at Houston, TX
