Historian and author Dan Jackson (@northumbriana) was among funders and supporters at our special viewing of Collingwood's Trafalgar Flag this morning. We've bought the flag and saved it for the UK but we're still fundraising to get it on permanent display at Discovery Museum.

The North East's major role in the Battle of Trafalgar is not widely known or celebrated ! Bringing Collingwood's flag home can help change that. Well done to @NE_Museums
