I don’t need to read PR written stories I have listened to what your @NWSCMD said in his own words, the onus is on the customer, we paying for the used and ghost consumption @AntiGraft_SH we need help
This estimation is how @nwscug with their MD is issuing unfair bills to customers, stop assumptions please issue bills based on consumption not feeling
There is a habit almost acceptable, @nwscug can choose to give a bill you of the water you haven’t consumed, then when content the unfair bill they start to assume all possibilities of how you might have used the water, I now know who came up with this policythe MD @jonfisher12
