bts of the @klyra launch video. what i picked up creative directing + acting: -high quality production matters a lot but even more, the script has to make sense. you can’t just force your way into something that “looks cool.” -brought in crew who usually do music videos, not commercials. wanted it to feel like you’re watching a film not just another crypto “ad”. -story > everything. if there’s no tension or narrative to follow, people probably lose interest no matter how good it looks. -sound selection might actually be the biggest element that changed the whole mood that set the emotion and tone throughout. -pacing + cuts has to hit with rhythm. if it feels off or rushed people will probably hop off. -added some easter eggs in there as well, makes it fun to re-watch. -and that 3-second news reporter scene in korean was a last-minute call. wanted to change it up and felt that I could do it, which might feel more personal to some of our intl traders and of course, massive shoutout to @diogenes + the whole @klyra team for trusting me.
