DMPS tariff payments to increase by 49%. It’s long overdue and much work is needed to give parity with civil damages, but a step in the right direction.

It took over 10 years for this increase to take place since the legislation was passed. Mesothelioma sufferers deserve better and have been let down by successive governments.
