I haven’t had sleep paralysis in a long time but I had it last night. Not as horrible as past episodes but it was extremely disorienting. Being conscious but unable to move is always the worst.

What made me want to move is I imagined what I think was my late cat jumping onto the bed. And I wanted to wake up and see her but I couldn’t move or open my eyes. 😞
