learned today that a friend of mine is leading a [german ERP] transition project for a +200k employee company. staff for the transition project alone is >1000. People don't understand that (especially enterprise) SaaS is not about shipping features fast.

I literally did a demo with a new AI startup Datadog competitor the other day and the vibe of the software and the company was that it was run by 8 people who have 6 months of runway. Dog you think I鈥檓 gonna risk having no observability into my production software on you because you swear you鈥檙e good at Claude code and your GPT wrappers are dope. Are you out of your fucking mind?
