I talked about this before. They are now making HER pay for those men's court fees and attorneys, possibly costing over 30k. Rape laws in Finland are absolutely nonsensical even after they got updated to even include the concept of consent few years ago. It's hell here.
The Helsinki Court of Appeal has cleared three men who raped a heavily intoxicated 17-year-old girl in a wooded area in Finland. The girl was so drunk that she had actually been taken to the hospital for intoxication just before the assault. The three men then raped her in the woods right outside the hospital.
Both the District Court and the Court of Appeal completely dismissed all charges and let the men walk free without any convictions.
Judges ruled that despite her severe intoxication, CCTV footage showed she was still legally capable of forming and expressing consent. The court decided that the men could have believed the teenager was agreeing to having sex, ultimately freeing them from all criminal responsibility. It is completely fucked up that a court thinks a teenager drunk enough to need a hospital is somehow sober enough to consent to three grown men. Being drunk does not mean consent. Not saying no does not mean consent. If someone is too intoxicated to care for themselves, they cannot give real consent, period.

Graffiti everywhere. Ugly new “modernist” buildings. Ethnic enclaves with foreign languages plastered across shops. Rubbish dumped. Public transport full of foreigners, the CBD full of foreigners. Leftists calling it “stolen land”.
