I love all these posts from people who one week say that all benefits should be taken away from "The Disabled", and now claim to care about people with disabilities because half a mile of street has been pedestrianised.

I can't reply to the original poster but in the interest of being helpful and hoping they see this, the flights are actually operated by Japan Airlines so I suspect if they log in there using the supplied JL confirmation code they should see everything is fine.
March 23, 2026, I booked 2 first class seats for my parents on @AmericanAir for their 80th bdays, to fly to Japan. My Dad is disabled and they both get confused easily, so I booked them in seats next to us - 10H and 10K. This was to be a "bucket list" trip for them. This week, I learned their flights were not appearing in the @AmericanAir app. I am executive platinum on @AmericanAir so I called. Twice. I was told there was nothing @AmericanAir can do. I am looking at the confirmation I received from @AmericanAir. I booked the flight through @AmericanAir. @AmericanAir took the $7,553 they spent for one-way tickets, sold them the seats, and now they have no seats and @AmericanAir is telling us they can't do anything about it. Doing this to 2 elderly passengers is despicable. @FAANews how is this possible? @AmericanAir can you please help and get my parents their seats back?!

Itโ€™s funny how people who prefer WFH donโ€™t really care if you personally prefer spending your life living at the office + commuting to & from. Yet people who prefer in-person have a meltdown if others prefer WFH like they just need to drag everyoneโ€™s lives down with them.

Very interesting to see on SKY news the opinions of EU senior members who welcome us back to the EU if we can rejoin. I do hope our new PM progresses this . The quicker the better for SME's #JOINEU

Why on earth have you set the gates at STP to reject railcards? Hundreds waiting before you even announced the platform (even though we know it's P1) then chaos as everyone with a railcard has to push through to the manual gate. @EastMidRailway

We shouldn't have a Quiet Carriage on the train. We should have a NoisyCcarriage. If you want to watch/listen to phone without headphones, or have loud and never-ending conversations, you go and sit in the Noisy Carriage. Rest of the train is de facto Quiet. Who's with me?

Apparently concert venues are having a hard time getting Millennials to fill the seats. Well, hello. Millennial here. I think I can help. DEAR CONCERT VENUES: ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Just tell me what the ticket costs. I do not want to select a $79 ticket and discover at checkout that it is actually $146 because of a facility fee, service fee, processing fee, and a fee for having successfully paid the other fees. ๐Ÿ“ฑ Stop making ticket buying a military operation. I should not need three apps, a verified fan code, a presale password from a credit card I donโ€™t own, and 11:00 AM availability on a Tuesday to buy two seats. ๐Ÿ’บ Assigned seats. We did our time standing shoulder-to-shoulder at shows in 2008. Some of us have mortgages now. Some of us have sciatica. ๐Ÿ•– Start earlier. A 7 PM show is not embarrassing. In fact, I would like to formally recognize whoever invented the 7 PM show. โฐ And tell us the actual times. โ€œDoors at 7โ€ is not useful information if the opener starts at 8:15 and the person I came to see appears at 10:07. ๐Ÿš— Parking instructions written for a normal person. Tell me which garage to use, what it costs, and whether I will spend 55 minutes trying to leave it afterward. I am willing to pay $20 for certainty. ๐Ÿบ I will buy your $14 beer. I have accepted this. But if I miss three songs waiting for it, you have broken the social contract. ๐Ÿšฝ Enough bathrooms. We are in our 30s and 40s. Half of us have had children. This is now infrastructure. ๐Ÿ”‰ It can still be loud. We are Millennials, not the Greatest Generation. But some of us are bringing earplugs now and we are no longer ashamed of it. DEAR ARTISTS: โฐ Please go on roughly when you said you would. We have babysitters. The babysitter has an end time. This is now a logistics problem involving several adults. ๐ŸŽค Play the songs from 2004โ€“2014. You know which ones. We know which ones. Nobody needs to pretend otherwise. ๐ŸŽถ Play some new stuff. Absolutely. We support your continued artistic development. But there is a point in the evening when you need to play the song that was on our iPod Nano while we drove to high school. ๐Ÿ“ต You can tell us to put our phones away. We secretly want someone to make us do this anyway. ๐Ÿช‘ An intermission would not offend us. We can use the bathroom, answer the babysitter, check whether the dog has destroyed anything, and look at Zillow for eight minutes. And please understand: Millennials still like concerts. We have disposable income now. We are nostalgic. We will absolutely spend irresponsible amounts of money to hear a band we first discovered on LimeWire. But we also have jobs, children, dogs, mortgages, lower-back problems, and a very clear memory of when concert tickets cost $35. You want Millennials back? Make it easy to buy the ticket. Tell us when the show actually starts. Give us somewhere to sit. Play the song from 2007. Weโ€™ll be there. We just need to be home by 11.

This transfer window has been an absolute success for the @premierleague The pesky little #AVFC and #NUFC having to sell their best players after achieving too much. And who to? Rogers to Chelsea, Tielemans to MU, Tonali to Spurs, Bruno to Arsenal. Anti-competitive.

youtu.be/pXj7Em6X7mg?si=OWjuโ€ฆ I'm ignoring everything that's going on with the club I love right now, but going back a few years this video remains the best thing they've ever done on social media. And not just because I love the old Pacer trains. What are we even doing now?! #nufc
