If you're in the US, it's mid-term elections, which means that you'll likely be voting on a bunch of state measures, taxes, and your representatives. Anything from the House to your local district. I've said it a couple times now, but if you've complained at all about US politics -- or honestly anything -- in the past 2 years, this is your chance to make some changes! Even if you haven't complained and have loved what's happened, it's your chance to solidify that. Regardless, go vote! Today's the day to do it. I cannot stress how important it is that you do this.
Sitting out of an election is not a valid option. It's one of the remarkable examples of you able to DO something about your world, and the knowledge that you're trying.

It’s actually crazy how X makes you believe the entire world is falling apart every single day.
Another war, another crisis, another headline about how we’re all fucked.
Then you go outside and realize everyone is just living their normal lives, going to work, eating at restaurants and enjoying themselves.
Sometimes you just need to close X, stop consuming all this fear and go enjoy your life. The algorithm makes you believe that everything is negative and bad.

- If one of these clowns tries to stop you from voting, or influence your vote, tell a poll worker and immediately call the police. It is heavily illegal for someone to try and disrupt your vote at a polling place and they will be arrested.
- Anyone you know who’s afraid to go vote because of these people, do everything in your power to convince them to vote anyway. Hell, offer to go with them to show them it’s okay.
- Most importantly, GO VOTE.
