This is exceptionally bad if not corrupt. Please read this thread.
It's been a hectic few hours, but here is what we know about how @ABDanielleSmith, @rebeccakschulz, @BrianJeanAB and @Alberta_UCP are lying to you about net-zero electricity. #ableg #abpoli #abelxn 🧵 @JSJamato @CanadianPress @TorontoStar @calgaryherald

Know anyone who might want two giant wind up tin toys? After 20 years of entertaining the public at Calgary’s international airport I have been asked to decommission them this May. If a museum, mall or someone with a very big living room would want them please contact me.

Waste not want not! It’s time to bring back your refundable jars so we can fill them up again with yummy soups and curries! We run a milk-man system so that we can reduce and reuse instead of buying new! Please help us do our part by returning your take-home jars for your $4!

My one New Year’s Resolution I really need to try to keep is taking care of my self this year and recognizing when it is too much and I need to take a break❤️ As educators, we all need to do this now more than ever. #onted #MentalHealthMatters

Do you know this bunny? This well-loved fren got left behind in the frenzy at the Vancouver airport today. My daughter turned Bunny into the #YVR lost & found this evening, after her own flight was cancelled. She’s hoping for a happy ending. (I am too.) #yvrsnow #Vancouver

It doesn't matter if transit stations are official "warming stations" or not. People will go there for warmth. How hard is it to *not* actively make things worse for people who are already suffering through a dangerous cold snap? Yikes. #yyccc calgaryherald.com/news/local…

Man what a week for my patients in the unit. COVID’s been hobbling them, and influenza’s finishing them off. Peds ICUs are full, and we’re opening overflow beds to help keep them afloat. There’s poisoned drugs on the street and we’re not even counting our dying homeless. #abpoli

This is absolutely not based in evidence.
It is a narrative that suits a political agenda.
Please tell me that the new minister of mental health at least corrected this statement.

.@AbDanielleSmith has further advise for #Ukraine
In her opinion, Russia is justified for attacking Ukraine. Ukraine must not join NATO. Ukraine is to remain neutral.
Smith is an embarrassment and her intentionally offensive comments can not be walked back.

A suggestion for Canada's airlines:
Why don't you announce/acknowledge the indigenous name of the city or the land that we land on as a way to recognize the places we are blessed to visit. Reconciliation starts with learning and changing.

An ambulance or fire truck was never even dispatched. As I've said many times issues with EMS run deep and more staff are urgently needed but the province also needlessly broke dispatch. That's an easy fix. Return it to local control. fb.watch/fxE2I7ypCf/
