Full Story: Yongsan Police Station in Seoul referred former ADOR CEO Min and two former ADOR vice presidents to the prosecution on charges of obstruction of business against Belief Lab and defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act. The police determined that former CEO Min had obstructed the label’s business and tarnished its reputation by spreading false claims—such as that ILLIT had plagiarized NewJeans—through an emergency press conference and other means in April 2024. CEO Min and her legal representatives have responded with a clear statement. They've stated that BELIFT and Source Music are delaying outcomes of current legal cases regarding the matter. Everytime the court is about to hand down a verdict after the arguments are closed. The companies re-open the arguments and keep delaying the cases.
