SCOTUS may have failed us in Virginia, but we cannot be discouraged. Even if you have been purged, remember that:
1. The General Assembly approved legislation for same-day registration and same-day voting, which provides the ability to register at any time — up to and including on #ElectionDay on November 5.
2. Early voting in Virginia runs through November 2.
3. Even those who are not registered or have been wrongfully removed from the voting rolls are able to vote. cbsnews.com/news/supreme-cou…
Nice visual summary of the US patient empowerment movement — a fascinating case study of what user-centered culture change looks like. It’s taken decades of effort from patient and clinician evangelists, government, and commercial interests.
I collaborated with @ePatientDave on a publication about the past 25 years of patient empowerment. This infographic provides a snapshot of the key milestones and events that have shaped patient empowerment into what it is today.
I think patient empowerment is one of the most important topics we could talk about when it comes to the future of healthcare, and I hope you’ll find this infographic interesting. 🙂
