The @englandcricket team should be embarrassed that they have not won that game. Sri Lanka batted superbly but after the brilliance of Brook in the England innings for us to lose that is really poor. #EnglandCricket – at Saint Albans, East

This is a really poor game of football so far. @LutonTown v Colchester heading for pens at this rate. #COYH

Just to be clear with this Man City charade. @ManCity have lodged an appeal using evidence that was taken into account during the case hoping that this time those judging will believe the fairytale. Have I missed anything? #sham #mancity – at Saint Albans, East

The officials were poor again today. The @EFL AND @FA need to do something about it as it's ruining football. That's no excuse for today's result though. We do not have league 1 players and we are not playing league 1 football. Certian players not good enough. #COYH – at Saint Albans, East

I like Jack Wilshere. I don't think he should go yet but things have got to improve. Playing well and creating chances counts for nothing if we don't score goals. We don't have the right strikers. We don't have enough strikers. It needs to change @LutonTown #COYH – at Saint Albans, East

Such a poor performance from @LutonTown today. So much possession but so little creativity. We have the wrong players playing the wrong way in the wrong formation. There is no plan B. Every corner was the same. Nothing different on the bench. Not good enough. #COYH – at Saint Albans, East

Anyone else surpised that @INEOS owner and tax exile Jim Ratcliffe is complaining again about the UK. Maybe if he is that unhappy he should spend all of his time in Monaco BBC News - Billionaire Man United owner says he has lost confidence in the UK bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm04… – at Saint Albans, East

Billionaire Manchester United owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe says he has lost confidence in UK

Ineos founder Sir Jim Ratcliffe tells the BBC he thinks the country is "on the slide" and calls for more investment in the North Sea.

It is simply not true that to be anti-Zionist is to be anti-Semitic. In fact, it is critical for us all to speak out against the violence of the Israeli government right now and condemn the way they have weaponized religion… but we must also embrace an abiding love for Jewish people and deep respect for authentic Jewish faith. It is worth noting that Jews around the globe are among the loudest voices denouncing Israel’s violence. They have called Israel the “leading cause”of anti-Semitism in the world today. The Israeli government is also the leading cause of child amputees and infant mortality. They are doing horrendous evil. And calling that out does not make you anti-Semitic. It makes you human… decent…compassionate. Reject the binaries. Refuse to hate. Anyone.

Are the now 'independant' villagers of #Piddington going to pay for their use of the NHS? Are they going to pay import and export taxes? Are they going to show their passports everytime they go in and out of the village? These are the questions @BBCBreakfast should be asking.

I don’t even think the genius of KP could come close to what Harry Brook has talent-wise. Is it really that hard to just sit back and admire these players for what they are, on the good days and the bad days, and stop berating them for doing things that we would never, ever, ever even think of doing because we simply aren’t on their level to think that way? You are an absolute freak, Harry. You’re mint to watch. 🤌🔥

The @NHS @NHSEngland is so inefficient. 7:30am Saturday appointment for a procedure. Arrived at hospital for 7:20am. Procedure takes place at 8:45am because the Dr carrying out procedure didn't arrive until then. Complete waste of time. @LandDHospital – at Dunstable, England
