While another shot was far more popular in the gauntlet of likes & shares, I'm going with this one for #FSPrintMonday #ShareMondays2024 #APPicOfTheWeek this week.
It was a calmer moment and an image that I felt more connected with as I was shooting (if that's not all artyfarty)
I have a favourite little spot in a popular #PeakDistrict woodland - I don't tend to see many other folk shooting it, which is why I like it, so I've revisited it for the past few years.
This is how it was looking the other day. Glad I called in.

We scooched over to Arran for a couple of days, and wandered a liitle way up Glen Sannox. Autumn colour is gorgeous and found a pretty little fall (although perhaps struggled a bit with a composition).
Off for more of an explore today. Having a wonderful time escaping up here.
