Train’s back, expo line people, icymi.

Hi there! SkyTrain Control has just advised that the stalled train has been cleared and service on the Expo Line has been restored (though with some gaps as trains return to regular frequency). ^at
What happened to the train and what’s being done to fix the stall?
#SkyTrain Bus Bridge replacing Expo Line service between Edmonds Station and New Westminster Station are in place due to stalled train. ^mv
Okay. Looks like Robertson has won this riding with 47.53% of the vote. Possibly doing a one-on-one with him later, stay tuned for that.
The spread between Robertson and the Conservative candidate Avi Nayyar is closer than some projections have suggested. More real time results available at CityNews.ca.

Premier Eby is expected to speak to media at YVR about US steel and aluminum tariffs, at 6:45 pm ahead of his flight to DC. We’ll have it live on CityNews 24/7. Apparently weather resulted in moving the flight up earlier which is why this presser is happening tonight.
related, I spoke to the Minister of Critical Minerals and Trade last week. US isn’t BC’s biggest trade partner for critmin, but certainly we trade aluminum and steel. Minister didn’t commit to expanding critminerals trade to the US, just that trading partners need to diversify.
if the aluminum tariffs impact coke zero prices I'm gonna go nuclear, fully rabid with mouth froth angery
