While the left is making a big deal out of the late-arriving ballots case in Watson v. Republican National Committee, claiming it is a "big loss for Trump," they are missing a key component of the ruling.
The ruling SPECIFICALLY states that ballots POSTMARKED by election day can be counted. However, as the USPS itself states, not all mail is actually postmarked. Therefore, any ballot not postmarked would fail this ruling.
So after @CNN pushed a fake "exclusive" about the DOJ investigating E. Jean Carroll that they pulled out of their rear ends, and every other media outlet repeated as if it were a fact, it turns out the whole thing was another media hoax.

The following is a statement by Andrew S. Boutros, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois:
“In light of wide-spread reporting and intense media and public interest into the E. Jean Carroll matter in New York, the Chicago U.S. Attorney’s Office can confirm that it has not opened—and has never opened—a criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll. Any claim to the contrary is categorically false.”
My preliminary analysis of the MN Pretti event based on all the videos I have seen:
1. While an agent was dealing with one protestor, Petti interfered with that agent, grabbing him by the back of his jacket.
2. Pretti's actions then cause other agents to swarm him and take him to the ground
3. An unknown agent see's Pretti's firearm and yells, "Gun, gun, gun!"
4. An agent in a gray jacket is able to remove the firearm and turns to move away
5. Based on the movements of that officer, it appear that Petti's firearm discharged, a known problem with early models of the Sig P320
6. After the initial discharge, you see the other agents suddenly jump back, as they do not know the firearm was taken, and they discharge their weapons.
This all happened in a matter of seconds. While an unfortunate accident, based on the totality of events, this was not a "cold-blooded m**der" as the left is claiming.
For those on the right who are upset that the people that stormed the church in MN, including Don Lemon, have not been arrested, let me explain why.
Immediate arrest would require a MN judge to sign an arrest warrant, which is unlikely. Even if a judge did so, once arrested, they would then have to be given a preliminary hearing, which is a mini-trial, which gives a MN judge the opportunity to toss the case.
The best route is to indict these people by a federal grand jury, which then removes having to find a judge to issue a warrant and removes the requirement to give them a preliminary hearing.
Be patient, and let the process play out.
The latest talking point from the left is that Republicans can end the shutdown if they simply change the rules and get rid of the filibuster.
Republicans are NOT going to abolish the filibuster (something the left has long wanted when they are in power) because that would prevent the minority, regardless of party, from slowing down a push to ram legislation at the whim of the majority.
In a video statement, Comey says he is innocent and "let's have a trial."
Anyone care to bet that his defense team will be filing motion after motion in a feeble attempt to not actually take this to trial?
Dozens of pregnant women shared videos on TikTok showing themselves taking Tylenol to counter claims by President Donald Trump and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Imagine how mentally unstable you have to be to take a chance of hurting your child just because you hate Trump.
Randi Weingarten, the head of the largest teachers union, put out a flyer that literally misspells "democracy." Is there any wonder why kids can't read or do math at grade level?
Bluesky is a platform that has allowed the promotion and glorification of violence for the last week without taking any action against those posting.
Why are @Apple and @GooglePlay allowing this app to remain on their platforms?
The left's newest talking point..."Charlie Kirk's assassination had nothing to do with transgender; the shooter wasn't transgender, and just because his boyfriend is, that doesn't mean anything! ...🤦♂️
In a ruling today that the media has completely ignored, the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Trump administration can end legal protections for around 430,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
Yes, the keyword in Temporary Protection Status is TEMPORARY
Many of us on the right didn't sleep very well last night, trying to process the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
What we didn't do is riot, loot, and burn our cities. There is a stark contrast as to how each side processes their anger.
Today, President Trump signed an executive order on flag desecration. While the Supreme Court has already ruled on this as free speech in Texas v. Johnson, the left, as usual, doesn't see the chess move.
To "protest" this EO, leftists will be out burning flags at every chance, which accomplishes nothing more than providing the right with video footage to be used in campaign ads of how much the left hates the US.
Just in: The NY Appeals Court just threw out the $454 million fraud claim against President Trump.
