Online now! Combining a new approach for locating replication origins in mammalian tissues, with maps of replication timing and a model for genome-wide replication, reveals differences in the male meiotic replication program

In addition to the findings we broadcast in our preprint (xitter.cf/kevbrick/status/130912…), we map the origins of replication in ES cells. Cell work is new for us, but it really helped to validate our approach and to highlight the diversity of how replication initiates across cell types.
