Hey, @herffjones Anyone there able to help me? Just got off phone with Snow, whom refused to help, as I had no order #. The email I got back had a pickset #. I just want ANYONE to actually help. Please.

Your driver is lying. I’m out two days of paying someone. What’s the deal? Pathetic. I’m waiting.

Hey @FedExHelp paid someone yesterday to be at my house to sign for pkg and never came but said they did. Checked Ring and lied. Never came. Got a text today no one home. Checked Ring and never came. Over 30 minutes on phone trying to talk to real person or get help. Nope!

@ChoiceHotels doesn’t care. They still haven’t responded. To BBB I go. – at Eustis, FL

@ChoiceHotels It sure would be great to get a call back or any kind of communication from y’all regarding your treatment of customers. – at Eustis, FL

@ChoiceHotels I booked 8 months ago Comfort Inn Tally North for Sep 23-25. You canceled yesterday and your manager said “it’s my problem to find somewhere else and she didn’t care about almost $1,000 I am losing” in tickets and events due to no other booking avail. Make it right – at Mount Dora, FL

And those that booked AFTER me still had their reservation due to being “Choice Members”. Absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER use y’all again. – at Mount Dora, FL
