A lot of friends ask me what exactly this "#rucking" I'm doing entails? This is it. Pretty simple.
What is “rucking?” Put simply, #rucking is walking with weight stowed in a backpack (aka: “rucksack”). It both builds and requires strength and endurance. Think of it as an exercise more intense than walking, and with less impact than running.
