We are absolutely devastated to announce legendary Minnesota Vikings head coach and Hall of Famer Bud Grant has passed away this morning at age 95.
We, like all Vikings and NFL fans, are shocked and saddened by this terrible news.

Another night, another outdoor update…to be honest; it is just Nasty outside. Blowing snow, sub-zero chills and we are still tracking into another commute buster tomorrow morning. The temps drop and keep dropping thru tomorrow all the way to -6 Friday morning

Minnesota's budget surplus is now projected at $17.6 billion between now and June 2025, per @MMBCommunicates.
The projections will help #mnleg decide short-term spending plans and a two-year budget.

Yikes! @MnDOT definitely pretreated, but falling snow and compaction from cars driving on top of it eventually win out and create icy/slippery/snowy roads. Travel is gonna be pretty tough for the next 24 hours or so...

#Ian is the 4th strongest hurricane to make landfall in Florida. The storm is weakening, but will still bring close to 2 feet of rain, dangerous storm surge, tornadoes and relentless winds and widespread power outages. The damage when the sun comes up will be heartbreaking.

The truly worst case scenario of events unfolding now with Hurricane Ian as it has strengthened to 155mph winds, just shy of Category 5 status. Now hanging just off shore and should make landfall sometime this afternoon or evening near or north of Fort Myers...
