Harvard kids singing Radiohead’s “Creep.”
This could have gone very wrong.
Then the lead singer opens his mouth.
The Harvard Veritones have won at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella — the real-world competition that inspired Pitch Perfect.
Turn the sound on for this one.

I know plenty of guys under 6’0” who were great hitters, great pitchers, had successful college careers and went on to play pro baseball.
Not everyone needs to be 6’2”, 210 lbs to play this game at a high level.
Production should matter. Remember that.
This kid here ………puts his heart into everything he does. Way to go. Proud of you @jakebray22
Heard someone say a certain travel team had its stats hidden in gamechanger …..heard the person next to them say that’s proof shady shit is going on, those stats will be edited later 😂😂😂😂😂One was a coach.

Leadership is helping others get what they want, not getting others to help you get what you want. It’s helping people become better & making a lasting impact. Great leaders know power & respect don’t come from having a title, but from giving power & respect to those you lead!
A great coach connects with all players in some way, not just a few that are treated as favorites while the rest are ignored or barely spoken to. This also happens with teachers and bosses. A great leader treats everyone like a valuable member. Leaders-look around u. People c u
