From the "we saved the day" files... So we had an order come in on eBay this morning, and the buyer is in Ukraine. Now, as a US-based Sennheiser dealer, we only sell and ship to people here in the USA. So, we had to cancel the order. The buyer messaged back, stating that they're

mean he wouldn't have a purchase receipt from an actual US-based authorized Sennheiser dealer (this was sold not by Amazon but by a 3rd party) and therefore he wouldn't have warranty coverage! He was VERY appreciative, canceled the Amazon order and bought from us. Bottom line,
