@SCE I need a live person to contact me about my meter being registered to the wrong address. Someone at the registered address shut off my service in a heat wave, and I never got a notification in the mail, or otherwise, because I can’t update my mailing address online.
@SCE you don’t offer email support, and the customer service # says they’re only accepting emergency calls. I have a baby. My freezer melted and I had nonAC in a heatwave. This isn’t acceptable.
Oh, and I was checking my bill online, like all my bills, at least biweekly and it said $0.00 due, so I had no way of knowing there was a problem until my power went out.
