It was 2007.
I was new to Hyderabad.
One day, I boarded bus no. 49 from Somajiguda towards Begumpet.
Then I realized I had forgotten my purse. I was dumb and 21 years old. An idiot from village.
Not even one rupee in my pocket.
The conductor asked me to get down.
I pleaded.
A stranger uncle sitting there quietly paid for my ticket.
I don’t remember his face.
I don’t know his name.
He probably doesn’t remember me either.
But I still remember the kindness.
Today, thousands come to Hyderabad searching for a better life.
Uber drivers.
Blinkit delivery partners.
Conductors.
Beauticians.
House-help workers.
Snabbit workers.
Young people arriving from small towns with almost nothing.
If you ever come across a brother or sister who genuinely needs help, please help them.
Tip an extra amount.
Offer some water.
Speak with respect.
Be patient.
It may mean very little to you.
But on someone else’s difficult day, it can mean everything.
Maybe that is how good karma travels.
One stranger helps another.
Years later, that kindness is still remembered.
Hyderabad, you gave me everything.
I will always love you for it. ❤️

Unlocking the Power of Elon's Hakini Mudra, the secret to Improved Cognitive Function
Hakini mudra is a hand gesture or seal used in yoga and meditation practices. It is believed to help improve concentration, memory, and focus by activating the brain's neural pathways.
To perform hakini mudra, you bring your hands up to your face, with your fingertips touching each other and your palms facing each other. Then, you press your fingertips together firmly while keeping your palms and the rest of your fingers relaxed. You can hold this mudra for several minutes while taking deep breaths and focusing your attention on your breath or on a specific mental image or intention.
Hakini mudra is said to stimulate the frontal lobes of the brain, which are associated with higher cognitive functions such as problem-solving, decision-making, and creativity. It may also help balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, promoting overall mental clarity and harmony.
