@MBonvoyAssist what’s going on at the pompano beach resort in Florida?? My parents arrived yesterday and the oceanfront suite they booked was somehow not available. They were moved to a much smaller room for the night and not moved to the correct room until late this afternoon.

@MBonvoyAssist not having the Marriott experience that I was hoping for so far at the Royalton Chic Cancun. Promised a room at 3 pm. It’s not ready. Ordered a Diet Coke at the beach and 30 minutes it never arrived. I’m a loyal Marriott member but we should have gone Hilton.
