Back in the 70s, when I was in Junior High and high school, coaches were meant to beat you down to build you back up. I can remember that they used salty language and they could stick a foot in your ass if you didn’t follow instructions. Back in those days, men were men.
Jason, we’re the same age. We were so lucky that we had coaches from kindergarten on up who were WW2, Korea, and Vietnam vets. If they weren’t combat vets, most had served and they didn’t suffer fools even if you were in 5th grade. Screw up? You got chewed out and ran the perimeter.
Your mom didn’t get near the coach and, if she did, she just might get a cigarette butt thrown in her direction.

Here is @NYCMayor Mamdani 13 days after October 7th accusing Israel of genocide. Yet, Israel didn’t launch its counterattack on Hamas until October 27th.
How is it possible for Israel to commit genocide a week before it launched its response to the massacre of 1,200 citizens and the kidnapping of 251 of its people?
Mamdani’s genocide talking point was part of his hateful rhetoric even before Israel had a chance to defend itself.
