It’s World Book Day and today’s costume is themed to one of my new favourites about celebrating what makes us unique. It links brilliantly with our school values and the children love it ❤️ @Emmett_Cath
When Luna joins in on school photo day. Who knew she could pose so well? I’ve got 3 to choose from and love them all.
A great day of poetry writing and performing, the children were brilliant - so confident and creative. Wonderful to see so many parents, carers and families creating poetry and having fun together after school.

Today’s #picturebookjoy is Change sings
‘I can hear change humming
In its loudest, proudest song.
I don't fear change coming,
And so I sing along’
A rhyming book about the power we have inside us.

The real Sunderland.
Locals have been out since the early hours of the morning, helping clean the streets and support the council teams in getting the city back to looking its absolute best.

Spare a thought for Tony Hill who has been working at break neck speed in blazing hot sun to rebuild the Southport mosque wall before the far right can return.
He said: “And if we have to build it again afterwards we will do just that.”
It was brilliant to have the band in school on Friday. They were amazing and everyone joined in. #Rajhastanheritageband
