In the 17th year of #ConnectedSanta, Cisconians in the UK & Ireland came together to visit children in 15 hospitals using Cisco's Webex technology.
Bringing smiles, holiday cheer, and 880+ employee toy donations, they truly embraced Cisco's giving-back culture.

We were over 86% in the UK & Ireland last fiscal - and I'm still working to find an opportunity to tempt the other 14%!
We heard from @kbaddele at the Summit that participation rates amongst @Cisco staff are around 80% and at @salesforce it is at 87% - typical participation rates in corporate volunteering programmes are around 17% - increasing that is a huge opportunity to increase impact.
Looking forward to being part of the Tech for Good Summit next week (especially to hear the wide range of other speakers!)
