나 혼자만 잘 사는 건 역시 싫습니다. 더 이상 여자들이 죽지 않았으면 합니다. 내가 될 수도 있었던 피해여성들에게 미안해서 피눈물이 나는 심정이었고, 살아있었다면 어딘가에서 만났을지도 모를 찬란한 삶들이 너무나 안타까웠습니다.

스스로를 페미니스트라고 자처했지만 부끄럽게도 그 긴 시간동안 저는 시위에 참가한 적이 한번도 없었습니다. 어떨 때는 중요한 시험을 앞두고 있어서, 또 어떨 때는 정말 도저히 취소하고 싶지 않은 중요한 약속이 있어서.
