Launch night update:
- playpad.si is open. Game coins are launching, each split locked on chain: playpad.si/#coins
- Fixed: wallet errors on the first buy (Phantom, Backpack, Jupiter).
- Next: launch and first buy in the same block, so bots can't jump in between.
- Team buy locked 12 months. 8,720,742 PLAYPAD bought back and burned.
We keep shipping tonight.

Dev locked? DEX paid?
Every coin's Audit on socialbags.tech shows both, read on chain: @streamflow_fi and @JupiterExchange locks, DexScreener's public orders.
Follow or hold a coin and get an alert when it happens.

Solana didn’t lose developers.
It lost the ones who were only here to launch a coin.
The weekly count really did collapse. ~17k active in 2025, then the March print around 940. That number is true.
It also measures the wrong thing.
Who stayed changed the constants: 250ms slots, rent down ~90%, Alpenglow on testnet, mainnet gate from the 28th. Finality from 12.8s toward 150ms.A faster ledger is still a public ledger.
You paid someone once. They have your LSTs, your counterparties, your xStocks. No hack. A click.Solana’s own privacy page is the tell.
Four levels. One LIVE badge. It sits on level 03 — hide the amount, leave the graph.Level 02 has no badge. That’s the hole that went live on the 23rd. Small pools. No external audit. Setup key from one machine. Written on the same page as the claim.
Fewer developers. More of the work the page described and did not finish. The chart went down. The chain got more serious.

36 hours non-stop, going dark for a few.
The program is live. The site is live. The next pieces are already written and sitting in tests: fees, the burn key, SPL pools, the page rebuild.
Those tests need a clean machine and a clean head. I am stepping off for a few hours. The pool stays up. The ceremony stays open.
Nothing on-chain waits on me being awake.
Posts are queued.
Use the site. Read the bytes.
Do not send the treasury anything.

Three things shipped since yesterday, all in the repo.
1. The token does something now. A deposit pays 0.5%, held on its own address.
Burn KEEPHOST and you get a key: that wallet never pays the fee again. Those fees pay the relayer at withdrawal — so a withdrawal returns the whole denomination, funded by the people who did not burn.
2. Any SPL token can have a pool. Same tree, same circuit, same proof, same relayer; the vault becomes a token account owned by an address with no private key. Tested with a mint shaped like USDC.
3. The program went from 518 kB to 437 kB by talking to the token program directly instead of through a library. On Solana that is rent paid for ever it halved the cost of the upgrade.
Every line of it passes an end-to-end test against the exact binary that will be deployed: deposit, proof, withdrawal, and the same receipt refused twice.

Replying to @mallet_777
Yes, it is a Tornado-style pool. Fixed denominations, a Merkle tree of commitments, a nullifier per withdrawal, Groth16 verified on-chain. That design works and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
That is what comes next here, and it is why this is not built as a mixer.

KeepHost is live on Solana mainnet.
The vault is a PDA. An address derived from the program. No private key exists for it. Not mine. Not a server’s. Not a company’s.
The only instruction that moves a lamport out of it verifies a Groth16 proof on-chain first.
No admin withdrawal.
No authority transfer.
No close-and-drain.
You don’t have to believe that. It’s 470 lines and it’s going public.
Check the size on-chain: 1768 bytes per pool account.
If you build on Solana: read it and try to break it.

Why hold $KEEPHOST.
Today it opens the pool pages, and its creator fees are what pay to put the program on-chain. That is not a narrative, it's the wallet printed on the homepage.
After the deploy, it becomes the instrument of the pool itself: every deposit pays a fee, holding lowers yours, and the accumulated fees sit on an address with no private key where anyone, not us, can trigger the buy-back and burn.
No yield. No revenue share. No claim on anything. The only thing it gives you
is a cheaper way to use the one product on Solana that makes a portfolio unreadable.

Program is being written on-chain now.
Not a button. Not a date. The bytecode is going up, the program ID is being inscribed, then the upgrade authority burns in the same batch. That last write takes time on Solana. Leave it.
Devnet already ran the path end to end: fixed deposit, receipt, proof, withdrawal. Mainnet is the same program, paying rent, then frozen. After that nobody replaces the bytes. Not us.
Watch the bar on the site. When it flips, the three pools are live and the code is public in the same transaction. Read the withdrawal path against the deployed program before you send anything.

The treasury just crossed 1.7 SOL.
That bar on keephost.fun isn't a graphic.
It's the creator-fee wallet, read straight from Solana every 15 seconds.
At 2.6 it pays Solana's rent and the program goes up on mainnet automatically, no announcement, no date.
The site turns by itself when it happens. You can sit there and watch it.
No wallet to connect. No signup. Just open it.

Your stock portfolio on-chain is a public wallet.
Anyone with your address reads every position, every entry, every transfer.
KeepHost is a shielded pool for Solana. Hold stocks. Nobody sees what.

Your portfolio on-chain is a public wallet every position, every entry, readable by anyone who has your address.
KeepHost is the shielded pool that fixes it: fixed amounts in, a receipt only you hold, and a withdrawal that proves you own a deposit without saying which one.

Incident closed. Product open.
Founder wallet: -71.55 SOL. Personal machine.

• Admin key never in that wallet
• Roles rotated: 4ARaPmNX…
• Pot has no “pay person” instruction
• Any holder can force their own delivery
• Cap 1,337 on-chain — only down
• Round 66: 249/249 desks paid
What ships next (not a teaser):
FORCE PAYOUT — one tx, every vault you own.
INCIDENT LEDGER — keys, rotation txs, pot, live.
FEE TIMELOCK 48h — protocol cut cannot move instantly.
I got drained. You didn’t.
Desks still fill. Burns still happen.
