The Crowded Room, reminds me of why Tom Holland is my favorite Spider Man character or perhaps the one I know.
The Demography Project, Kenya, developed Maai Makwa, an open-source, open-data and public domain water quality and quantity monitoring project, to address critical concerns throttling water access and preservation in Kenya.
The project met an outstanding success and now enjoys multiple global partnerships. It is a clear testimony of driving impactful societal change using civic tech and serves as an essential resource for civic tech organizations looking to drive real change.
The project had support from @NED and @mySociety.

Storytelling and reach
It is one thing to do a great job and another to have resounding impact across the globe. For civic organizations, there are far too many hurdles to jump when communicating success beyond the community.
