More evidence that NECTIN4 matters as a biomarker for EV+pembrolizumab! 🎯 Important independent validation from @MattGalsky and colleagues, now in European Urology @EUplatinum In 322 patients receiving first-line EV+P for metastatic urothelial cancer, NECTIN4-high tumors had: 🔬 ORR 67.4% vs 41.9% 📈 OS 21.5 vs 14.2 months ➡️ adjusted OS HR 0.62 Importantly, NECTIN4 expression remained independently associated with response and OS in multivariable analyses — while NECTIN4 was not significantly associated with outcome in an independent pembrolizumab-monotherapy cohort! ➡️ true predictive biomarker! Together with our data on membranous NECTIN4 expression, this adds to the evidence that the target itself carries clinically relevant information for a NECTIN4-directed ADC. ADC biomarkers matter.
