Payload, Protocol & Broadcasts Catch-up: Kasia is a messaging client that sends & listens to L1 transactions on Kaspa — no L2, just raw, old-school txs. Each tx follows a general protocol format: ciph_msg:{version}:{operation} Example – direct message: ciph_msg:1:comm:{partnerflag}:{message} Now in Beta: Broadcasts Broadcasts let you post unencrypted, hex-encoded messages on L1 using a channel prefix. Payload format: ciph_msg:1:bcast:{channelName}:{content} Think of it like open-radio: You "shout" on a frequency (channel), and since the payload is not encrypted - anyone listening can decode it. Note: In Kasia, these are currently ephemeral - as in they are not stored in the kasia indexer. You can only see broadcasts that were sent while the wallet was open.
