The Pi Mainnet is upgrading to Protocol 26. Deadline: Aug. 11.
All Mainnet node operators must complete the upgrade before the deadline to remain connected to the network. Details here: minepi.com/pi-node
Protocol 26 is a major milestone ahead of the final planned upgrade, Protocol 27. With 8 successful upgrades completed over the past few months, these final two upgrades will bring the network up to date with the latest protocol features, improvements, and functionality.

On July 22, Pi is scheduled to upgrade to Protocol v25, which primarily focuses on improving network stability and reliability, and supports new capabilities for more efficient, privacy-preserving smart contracts.

All Mainnet nodes are required to complete this step before the deadline to remain connected to the network. This upgrade takes longer to complete, so plan accordingly.

The execution phase of Protocol 23 upgrade has officially begun, with updates accelerating rapidly and consecutively from the Core Team. Docker node updates 23.0 will soon reach all users, coinciding with the activation of Protocol 23 on both Testnet 2 and Mainnet sequentially
The speed of updates continues to exceed expectations once again. The pre-release of Node protocol version 23.0.1 has been launched on GitHub, and soon the Node will be upgraded to protocol 23, followed in parallel by Testnet 2 and then Mainnet
