Been bad a posting for a while so here's an update on the last 6 months. Spent Jan-April in Gambia with family. I had been 100% self prepping untilI then, so i found a new prep centre. Early March one of my biggest replens fell through (No comp, +80% roi, £6 profit, +100ms). Also a discount code from a supplier i was heavily dependent on expired 31/03. I got funding and balled out on remaining stock before the code expired which lead to a strong April/May. Losing big replens made me realise i needed to step up sourcing again. Id been lazy and wasn't spending enough time on new leads. Im still not using any VA's, but have been much more focused on the sourcing side. June was slow, but July im back on track to hit 30k.

2023 Totals Big growth both as an Amazon seller and a biz owner this year. A ton of milestones hit. - Started posting on X and networking with other sellers. - Found my own lane as an Amazon seller by finding niches and product types that fit into my sourcing style. - Hired accountants, completed first tax returns and went VAT registered. - Got organised Goals for 2024 - 500K - Move out of UK

November 2023 Slight drop off from last month but still happy with the results. - Roi still running high. - Got new accounting set up for 2024. - Should have stocked better for Black Friday, however bought a load of leads ready for December.

October 2023 Another big one 🏋️‍♂️ - Massive boost on ROI (mostly replens). - Streamlined admin is giving me much more time to focus on sourcing. - Caught up on VAT returns. - Been doing more RA, focused on toys for xmas.

September 2023 Huge month for me. Up on all metrics. - The replen's are still hitting. - Upgraded systems to massively reduce admin time. - Almost all aging stock is gone. - Cashflow looking good ready for Q4. - Been back to self prep for a couple of months now and will continue throughout Q4. Now we're gunning for £30k+ 🚀

August 2023 Starting to zoom out and see how far I've come this year 📈 - Margin is almost at target 15%. - Slowed down on the spend this month to clear some cashflow ready for Q4. - Replens have been on fire. - Got an extra £1000 in eBay sales.

July 2023 We made it past the £20k barrier!! Although i didn't hit last months ambitious goal of £25k. Profit is up 25% and ROI is back up to 30%. Prep centre is now fully running, which still feels crazy. Having to spend a lot more time on admin now, but i guess comes with the territory. Focusing on improving workflows to streamline the process. On to the next one!!
