Kamalnath's own IMT Institutions DONOT have any reservation. Admission there are "merit-based". So @OfficeOfKNath ji doesn't give any reservation in his own institutions, but in govt institutions he gave 73% reservation. Oh, the hypocrisy!!😂👏👏

याद रखिये- नौकरी या शिक्षा में आबादी बराबर आरक्षण का प्रावधान संविधान में नहीं है! मतलब ये कि संविधान अनुसार जनसंख्या के अनुसार आरक्षण नहीं दिया जा सकता! सिर्फ पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व की बात है, वो भी उनको, जो सही मायनों में पिछड़े हैं और जिनका प्रतिनिधित्व कम है! साफ है कि जो पिछड़े नहीं हैं और जिनको पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व मिल चुका है (अपनी आबादी का आधा), उनको आरक्षण लिस्ट से तुरंत बाहर निकालना चाहिए!

मध्य प्रदेश में OBC वर्ग को 2019 में मेरी सरकार द्वारा दिया गया 27% आरक्षण षड्यंत्रपूर्वक समाप्त करने के बाद भारतीय जनता पार्टी "चोरी और सीना जोरी" की राजनीति पर उतर आई है। सच्चाई यह है कि मेरी सरकार ने जनता की भलाई के लिए आरक्षण दिया था। आरक्षण की रक्षा करना सरकार की ज़िम्मेदारी होती है। लेकिन उसके बाद बनी भाजपा सरकारों ने कोर्ट के सामने सच्चाई रखी ही नहीं। भाजपा नेताओं के बयान में यह दुष्प्रचार किया जा रहा है कि तब कांग्रेस सरकार ने जल्दबाजी में आरक्षण दिया। इस तरह के भ्रामक बयान अदालत के आदेश की ग़लत व्याख्या और अवमानना की तरह हैं। सच्चाई यह कि कांग्रेस सरकार ने 2019 में मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभा में क़ानून पास करके ओबीसी वर्ग को 27% आरक्षण दिया था, जो पूरी तरह संवैधानिक प्रक्रिया का पालन करके दिया गया था। 2020 से प्रदेश में भाजपा की सरकारें हैं, इन 6 साल में भाजपा ने जानबूझकर ओबीसी जनसंख्या के सही आंकड़े न्यायालय के सामने नहीं रखे। भाजपा सरकार की ज़िम्मेदारी थी कि वह अदालत में मामले को पुरज़ोर ढंग से रखें, लेकिन भाजपा नेताओं के बयानों से लगता है कि 2019 में हमने जो आरक्षण दिया उसके बाद से उस आरक्षण के संरक्षण के लिए भाजपा ने कुछ नहीं किया। अगर भाजपा नेता जो कह रहे हैं उसे सच मान लें तो स्पष्ट है कि भाजपा ने पिछले 6 साल में अदालत के सामने ओबीसी का पक्ष रखा ही नहीं है। अगर, भाजपा में ओबीसी वर्ग के प्रति जरा भी संवेदनशीलता है तो तुरंत सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका लगाए और साथ ही विधानसभा में नया कानून पारित कर 27% आरक्षण बहाल करे।

All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार मध्यप्रदेश के उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में, पिछले 14 सालों में SC/ST/OBC छात्रों की संख्या 45% से बढ़कर 67% हो चुकी है! ये दो साल पहले का डेटा है, 2026 तक ये हिस्सा ~70% तक हो चुका होगा! तब भी सबको 73% आरक्षण चाहिए?

Senior Advocate Mr. Arvind Datar opened the arguments for GC petitioners opposing the 72% quota. He explained the constitutional position on keeping the reservation within the 50% limit. After he concluded the arguments, Senior Advocate Mr. Pradeep Sancheti has begun his arguments for the GC petitioners. The courts repeatedly said that such misadventures are unconstitutional. Despite these clear constitutional position, why BJP is defending 72% quota in Maharashtra, 75% quota in Bihar, 68% quota in Chhattisgarh, 64% quota in Rajasthan????
