HU public procurement craziness: @Atlatszo and @k_monitor has found a EUR 40k tender with record competition in a small village. Seems that most of the 30 companies competing only submitted a bid to access EU SME funding for participation, not the job itself.
Companies that were not even suitable for the job applied to build a cycle path.
