Product Manager Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities • Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities. • Develop clear product requirements and user stories • Work with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements. • Collaborate with design to deliver intuitive and user-centric product experiences. • Own product backlog and ensure prioritization based on business impact and technical feasibility. • Monitor product performance, gather insights, and iterate for continuous improvement. • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders across the company. Requirements for the role o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). o 3+ years of experience in product management (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or consumer tech). o Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. o Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. o Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. o Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. o In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory considerations.
