Relocation hangs over the Blazers' negotiations with Portland. It has gone unsaid in public, but not privately, sources said, though Tom Dundon said it's “not a conversation.”
Dundon: “We are working to keep the team in Portland. That is the priority.”

Using Ernest Hemingway as a tool was a concept Portland Trail Blazers Micah Nori borrowed from Chris Finch, the head coach of the Minnesota Timberwolves, whom Nori served as assistant head coach under for the past five seasons.

The timeline means the procedure was a true repair and not a meniscectomy. Recovery is longer but reduces the chances of long-term complications or issues.
Portland Trail Blazers guard Shaedon Sharpe sustained a lateral meniscus tear in his right knee during an off-season workout last week.
Sharpe underwent successful surgery yesterday to repair the meniscus. The procedure was performed by Dr. Kristofer Jones at the UCLA Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
Sharpe will begin his rehabilitation immediately and will be reevaluated in six months.
