Can’t believe people think duplexes rip neighborhoods apart. Same complainers love going to Seoul, Tokyo, New York, London, or Paris on vacation. No single family homes there. People love walk-ability. Low-rise apartments for the whole city—with minimum units of 700sqft—please!
